Long Lake’s freshwater depths are located in Hennepin County, within the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro tourism region. The lake spreads out across 284 acres, where houses and parks dot the shoreline. Fishing at Long Lake is popular among anglers in the area. With an average depth of 12 feet and a maximum depth of 33 feet, boaters will be sure to snag something throughut most of the year. Largemouth bass, black crappie, northern pike, walleye, bluegill and yellow perch make their home at this lake.
Recreational activities are nearly limitless at Long Lake, both in the water and out.
